Re: Sharon - resign!
Professors for a Strong Israel rejects the Prime Minister's headlong rush into the abyss of the Road Map, which is to lead to the establishment of a Palestinian terrorist state, an existential danger to the State of Israel. If the Prime Minister is unable to shoulder the responsibility for Israel's security and welfare, he must resign immediately and pass on the job to someone who can do better.
Just as King Saul lost his kingship because he spared Agag of Amalek, Sharon will lose his if he surrenders to Arafat instead of ridding the country of his Terror Authority. The words of Samuel are as trenchant now as then: "The Lord has rent the kingdom of Israel from you this day, and has given it to another who is better than you."
