Re: Don't give them guns!
Professors for a Strong Israel urges that the Government supply no additional
guns to the PLO/Hamas terrorist army.
These guns will mean only more Jewish "sacrifices for peace."
The cry, "Don't give them guns!", is as valid and as urgent today
as it was in the days of the Oslo government.
We remind the Government that any fulfillment of Israeli obligations under
the Hevron agreement without demanding that Arafat keep his promises strikes
at the just principle of reciprocity.
Supplying weapons to the terrorists, no less than any additional withdrawal,
before fulfillment of the other side's obligations is a sure recipe for war.
We call on the Prime Minister not to cause the downfall of his Government
by his own ill-considered actions.
