Re: Unsound administration
Professors for a Strong Israel calls the public's attention to the wide gap between the Barak government's pretentious slogans regarding sound administration and its actual performance.
- Messrs. Beilin and Ben-Ami, the Ministers respectively of Justice and of Internal Security, compete to see who can pay more protection money to arch-terrorist Arafat and the terror gang that he heads. Where is the Rule of Law? Where the prevention of violence?
- Mr. Haim Ramon, holder of the Jerusalem Affairs portfolio, hasn't lifted a finger to establish Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem, to stop the Wakf's rampage on the Temple Mount, or even to bring the truth before the public eye.
- Mr. Shlomo Benizri, Minister of Health, continues to serve in the Government despite the four-month-old doctors' strike and the Government's apathy regarding it - an apathy that stems in large measure from the Government's preoccupation with the "peace process."
- Mr. David Levy, Foreign Minister, has been complaining loudly and justly about the Government's amateurish and clumsy handling of vital affairs. Why hasn't he acted to bring the Government down?
Sound administration, indeed.
