Re: Don't give Terror more bases

Professors for a Strong Israel supports the Ministers and MK's of the National Religious Party and of Yisrael ba-Aliya in their struggle against handing over the Jerusalem suburbs to terrorist rule, an act that would leave the capital surrounded on the north, east, and south by enemy forces. We suggest that they act as well to strengthen Jewish territorial contiguity between Jerusalem and Ma'aleh Adumim as a Zionist response to spreading Arab colonization in Judea and Samaria, in particular near Jerusalem.

We urge as well the Ministers and MK's of Shas to oppose the surrender of these areas near Jerusalem. We remind them that the overriding principle of preservation of life requires that we put an end to the process of "Land for Terror."
