Our group wonders why these same organizations do not expose the damage done by the ``Peace Process'' to environmental quality in Israel. Perhaps they are silenced by fear of the Minister of the Environment. We see no other explanation for their silence in the face of damage to water and air quality, elimination of the remnants of the ``green lungs'' in the Coastal Plain, traffic congestion, and more.
